Insurance and waivers — ask us directly
Vehicles and drivers operate under the usual commercial arrangements for this industry. If your risk team needs specific certificates or a signed waiver for staff taking part in dune bashing, quad biking or the buggy, ask us before you book and we will tell you exactly what we can and cannot produce. We would rather give you a straight answer at quotation stage than a vague one after your CFO has approved the spend.

Convoy plan: getting forty staff there together
A Land Cruiser takes six passengers. That single number drives everything else, and no competitor page states it.

Coach or 4×4
A coach is far cheaper per head and cannot dune bash — it takes the graded road to the camp. Land Cruisers give everyone the drive but need one vehicle per six people. Big groups usually want both, and that is fine.
Do it from the office
Multiple hotel pickups are what turns a one-hour journey into three. One meeting point at the office or a mall car park, one departure time, everybody arrives together.
Confirm 48 hours before
Vehicles are booked on your number. Tell us the final count two days out and small changes on the day are not a problem.
We move it, free
If we cancel for wind, sand or safety you get a free reschedule or a full refund of anything paid. In writing, on our cancellation policy.
Two honest answers
Alcohol, and the staff who cannot take part
- There is no alcoholNot served, not permitted, no bar. It is a family camp. This is a straight no rather than a “talk to us” — if your event needs a bar, book a venue that has one. It also means no event permit, no permit fee and no fourteen-day lead time to worry about.
- Not everyone can dune bashPregnant colleagues, anyone with back, neck or heart trouble. This comes up in every group of thirty and most operators leave you to work it out at the roadside.
- How we handle itThose staff travel on the graded route straight to the camp and arrive before everybody else. They get the full camp — food, camel, shows, the fire — and miss only the twenty minutes of driving. Tell us the number in advance and it is arranged quietly rather than announced.
- Quads and the buggyOptional and priced separately — AED 100 for a quad, AED 800 for a two-seat buggy. Nobody is obliged and nobody is charged for declining.
- PrayerSpace and direction at the camp, and the driver will stop for maghrib on the way out if you ask.

Corporate bookings — your questions
Do you provide a VAT invoice with your TRN?
Yes — a compliant UAE tax invoice showing our TRN, a sequential number, the supply date, itemised lines and VAT in AED.
Can you invoice our company rather than take payment on the day?
Our default is payment on the day. For an established company with a purchase order we can discuss terms — ask at quotation stage rather than assuming.
Is alcohol allowed at a corporate desert event?
Not at our camp. It is a family camp, no alcohol is served or permitted, and we would rather give you a straight no than a maybe. It does mean you avoid the event alcohol permit, its fee and its fourteen-day lead time entirely.
What is the minimum number for a corporate booking?
There is no formal minimum. Below about twelve people you are simply booking a standard safari, which is often the right answer and cheaper.
Can we book the whole camp?
No. Ours is shared. Exclusive camp hire in this region starts in five figures before catering, and if that is your requirement we are not your supplier.
What if an employee cannot do the dune bashing?
They travel the graded route straight to the camp and arrive early. Full camp experience, missing only twenty minutes of driving. Tell us the number in advance and it is handled quietly.
How many vehicles do we need for 40 people?
Seven Land Cruisers at six passengers each, or one large coach, or a mix. We would usually recommend the mix so people who want the dune drive get it and people who do not are not stuck in it.
Can you handle 100 people?
Yes, with notice. Two coaches out and dune bashing in shifts from the camp. This is not a same-week booking.
Do you have public liability insurance and can we see a certificate?
Ask us directly at quotation stage and we will tell you exactly what we can produce. We are not going to make a blanket claim on a web page that your risk team then relies on.
Can you cater for dietary requirements?

What happens if there is a sandstorm?
If we cancel for weather or safety you choose a free reschedule or a full refund of anything paid. It is in our written cancellation policy, not a verbal assurance.
How much does it cost per head?
From AED 150 with door pickup, AED 250 for the full evening safari, AED 60 on a shared coach. Add-ons are priced separately and published. We quote itemised before you commit.
